PENGELOLAAN LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR DI TK IT AL-HIDAYAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menyajikan hasil observasi mengenai sistem pengelolaan lingkungan belajar di TK IT Al-Hidayah, meliputi prinsip-prinsip dan prosedur yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan upaya menggambarkan dan menginterpretasikan objek penelitian sesuai kondisi aktual. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukan di antaranya mengenai penataan ruang dan perlengkapan belajar, pemilihan dan pengunaa perlengkapan belajar, gaya penataan tempat duduk dalam ruang kelas,dan suasana psikologis dalam pembelajaran anak.
This research aims to examine and present the results of observations regarding the management system of the learning environment at the Al-Hidayah IT Kindergarten, including the principles and procedures applied. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, with efforts to describe and interpret the research objects according to the actual conditions. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The obtained data are analyzed through several stages, namely collection, reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate, among other things, about the arrangement of space and learning equipment, the selection and use of learning tools, the style of seating arrangement in the classroom, and the psychological atmosphere in children's learning.
